Archive and Week Setup
Start by loading the master archive and confirming the previous and target week.
No archive loaded yet.
Archive safety
Importing or loading creates the working browser copy. Export Master JSON after saving changes so the canonical backup stays current.
Add a Previous Week From PDF / HTML Coach Files
Load your current Master JSON above, then select the six coach files for one completed week. You may use six HTML files, six PDF files, or a mixture. The importer detects Monday-Saturday, checks that all files belong to one week, and adds or updates that week without deleting the rest of the archive. HTML is preferred when both HTML and PDF are supplied for the same day because it preserves the exact coach page.
Select all six day files, then click Analyze Files.
PDF and HTML behavior
HTML imports preserve the original coach-page HTML for later preview and download. PDF imports extract day, format, and exercise history directly in the browser so the generator can use the week for repeat blocking and format history. PDF-only entries remain reviewable as archived text; no PDF binary is stored inside the Master JSON.
2. Recommended Next Formats
Review the archive-based suggestions, apply any you want, or keep your own manual format choices.
How recommendations work
Apply only changes the existing selector. It never builds automatically, never hard-enforces a choice, and never bypasses the full audit.
Load an archive to calculate recommendations.
3
Format Selection and Build
Confirm the four format selectors, then run the normal generator and full six-day audit.
Tuesday has 3 partner formats. Floor Buy-In + Machine Score is Thursday-only.
No recommendation is enforced. The selected formats still have to pass every normal rule.
Waiting.
Previous-week ledger

Full-audit summary
No audit yet.
4. Review Generated Week
Build a week first, or load a saved structured week. After a failed build the report appears here automatically.
5
Refine Generated Week
Use a targeted day rebuild or a controlled exercise replacement only after a structured CLEAN PASS week exists.
Targeted Day Rebuild
Use this after a clean full-week build. Lock approved days, unlock the day you want changed, then rebuild that day only. During a targeted rebuild, all five non-selected days are frozen exactly as they are. The complete six-day audit runs again before the replacement is accepted.
Build or load a structured week first.
Controlled Exercise Replacement
Unlock the day, select one replaceable floor card, and scan for alternatives. The scanner reuses the original generator pool for that exact slot. Results are grouped as Clean, Safe with cautions, and Blocked. Clean options pass with zero warnings; caution options can be applied but require coach approval before saving; blocked options remain visible with exact reasons. Fixed machines and Monday Agility Ladder cannot be replaced. Linked cards—Wednesday repeated stations and Tuesday Bookend shared pieces—update together.
Clean options are safest. Warning-level options remain selectable but require coach approval before saving. Blocked options are visible for diagnosis and cannot be selected.
Supported fixed rep/calorie cards show their current amount here.
Optional: after choosing an alternative, enter a custom amount here. The replacement is accepted only if that exact prescription still passes the complete six-day audit.
Build or load a structured CLEAN PASS week first.
6
Save and Export
Save only after reviewing the coach pages and any refinements. Export the master archive after the save.
No week saved in this session yet.
Saved Weeks
More saved-week options
No archive week selected yet.
Saved weeks will appear here after an archive is loaded.
7History and AnalyticsRecommendation outcomes and full format history
Recommendation Results
Uses saved V5.31+ recommendation metadata to compare what the app recommended with the coach's final choices. Older weeks still support format history, but they are excluded from outcome statistics when recommendation metadata is missing.
Save weeks containing recommendation metadata to populate outcome analytics.
Format History / Last-Used Tracker
Scans the loaded archive and shows when each day structure was last programmed. This remains a full history view. The recommendation panel above can update selectors, but format choice remains advisory and coach-controlled.
Load an archive to see format history.
8Diagnostics and SupportBug reports, detailed audits, regression tests, and active rules
Bug Report for ChatGPT
Use this when you need to share a result or a bug with me. It includes app/protocol version, recommendation outcome analytics, previous-week ledger, generated week, audit, fatigue table, station-order checks, candidate rejection log, and structured JSON.
Build a week first, or load a saved structured week. After a failed build the report appears here automatically.
Exercise Availability Dashboard
Inspect every registered exercise against a selected day and tag-generated slot. The dashboard separates clean options, caution-level options, and hard blocks, and shows the exact rule or capability mismatch responsible.
Choose a day and slot, then refresh.

Version and Active Rules
V5.42 programming source of truth · Online v1 adds Supabase persistence/authentication without changing generator rules · Fixes equipment dependency and structure-aware capacity integrity across every day and every exercise · the exercise registry now describes the STANDARD setup (regressions never excuse missing standard equipment) · Hip Thrust is correctly bench-dependent · registry metadata is fail-fast validated · whole-week capacity audit uses the real class structure for each format · Friday Block 2 is explicitly asynchronous and requires every card to support all 18 athletes without queueing, so landmine/bench/other limited setups are hard-blocked there · retains V5.41 previous-week PDF/HTML archive import and all V5.40 programming, variety, PM split, HR, carry, save/export, rebuild, replacement, and print-fit protections.
Use only if you want to remove local browser storage. Export your master JSON first.
